✦ Synopsis

The reaction of C 70 with higher C 70 (CF 3 ) n or annealing of the latter followed by HPLC separation of reaction products resulted in an isolation of C 70 (CF 3 ) 2 , C 70 (CF 3 ) 8 and C 70 (CF 3 ) 14 . X-ray diffraction study revealed molecular structure of the three isomers that are compared with other known C 70 (CF 3 ) n derivatives.
