Solution-based chemical method was used to prepare the LiNi 3/5 Fe 1/5 Cu 1/5 VO 4 ceramics. Its structural and dielectric properties were investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis shows an orthorhombic unit cell structure of the compound with lattice parameters aΒΌ 9.6329 (23) Γ…, bΒΌ 6.8527 (23) Γ… and
