β¦ Synopsis
Solution-based chemical method was used to prepare the LiNi 3/5 Fe 1/5 Cu 1/5 VO 4 ceramics. Its structural and dielectric properties were investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis shows an orthorhombic unit cell structure of the compound with lattice parameters aΒΌ 9.6329 (23) Γ , bΒΌ 6.8527 (23) Γ and cΒΌ 5.4667 (23) Γ . Frequency dependence of dielectric constant (e r ) at various temperatures exhibits a dispersive behavior at low frequencies. Temperature dependence of e r at various frequencies indicates the dielectric anomalies in e r .
Frequency dependence of tangent loss at various temperatures indicates the presence of dielectric relaxation in the material. The variation of relaxation time as a function of temperature follows the Vogel-Fulcher law.
