## Abstract ## Background. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma with leptomeningeal involvement is rare and typically has poor prognosis. ## Methods and Results. We present a case report of a patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who was treated with highโdose intravenous methotrexate and remains asymptomat
