✦ Synopsis

The title compound, [Co(NCS) 2 (C 4 H 12 N 2 ) 2 ]NCS, (I), has an octahedral coordination geometry, in which one of the sevenmembered chelate rings adopts the chair form and the other the twist-boat form.
