The effect of vasopressin (VP) on canalicular function and hepatocellular morphology, with particular regard to actin cytoskeletal organization and the concomitant plasma membrane bleb formation, was studied in isolated rat hepatocyte couplets. VP induced the concentration-dependent formation of mul
