Poly(sebacic anhydride) (PSA) is biocompatible and degradable in basic media. We micronized this water-insoluble polymer into stable polymeric nanoparticles via a microphase inversion. Such PSA nanoparticles degraded much faster than bulk PSA. The influence of the surfactant, temperature, and pH on
