## Abstract The interactions between surfactants and block polypeptides were investigated by titration calorimetry and CD. The polypeptides exhibited signs of an interaction only with surfactants bearing a charge opposite to the charge on the polymer. The stoichiometry of the resulting complex was

NOTE Titration Microcalorimetry Studies of the Interaction between
Humicola lanuginosa Lipase and Ionic Surfactants
Microcalorimetry has been used to study the interaction between Humicola lanuginosa lipase and either the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate, SDS, or the cationic surfactant tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide, TTAB. For SDS no conclusive evidence was obtained of whether or not an enzymesurfactant complex is formed. Although not unambiguous, the calorimetric titration curves obtained with TTAB indicate formation of such a complex.

## Abstract The aim of the present review is to give a concise analysis of the thermodynamic parameters obtained from isothermal titration microcalorimetry (ITC) experiments for the characterization of the selfβorganization of surfactants into micelles. This review is also focused on works describi
The interaction between propoxur and different surfactant molecules has been studied in order to determine the experimental conditions required to obtain sensitized spectrometric measurements. It has been found that a fluorescence enhancement of 1.4-fold for propoxur in the presence of CTAB micelles
The physical interactions occurring between members of the N,N -bis (dimethyldodecyl)-Ξ±,Ο-alkanediammonium dibromide (m-s-m, m = 12, s = 3 and 6) series of gemini surfactants and the neutral polymers polyethylene oxide (PEO) and polypropylene oxide (PPO), and triblock copolymers of polyethylene oxid
This study attempted to comprehend how temperature affects hydrophobic interaction between proteins and hydrophobic adsorbents. By equilibrium batch analysis, we measured the adsorption isotherm to evaluate the protein-adsorbent affinity, while isothermal titration calorimetry was used to measure th
