โœฆ Synopsis

Time-resolved luminescence spectra from 0.05 to 0.15,0.?-to 2 and from 8 to 10 gs and luminescence decays of umnyl ion in aqueous acidic solutions, renal two emlttmg species, confirmm~ the preriously reported dual luminescence of UOZ f in these media. Resuits are in ageement with our recently published data, \ihich indicate that the ton_lired Iuminescent species is a *U20aH4 t ewiplex.

Luminescence lifetimes and photoaquation quantum yields of RhAsX\* (A = NH3 or ND3, X-= Cl-or Br-) measured in aqueous solution indicate that emission and aquation are competitive processes of the same ligand field excited state. Lifetimes are lo-30 ns with the longer lived perdeuterio complexes als
