✦ Synopsis

A time-domain full-wa¨e method for the extraction of frequency-dependent equi¨alent circuit parameters of symmetrical coupled interconnection lines on chips is presented. The circuit parameters can be inserted into circuit simulation software to in¨estigate the timedomain responses of high-speed IC chips.
