An improved method for the evaluation of the temperature integral and a simpler and straightforward alternative derivation of the thermoluminescence (TL) glow curve deconvolution functions proposed by Kitis et al. [J. Phys. D 31, 2636(1998)] are presented. A comparative study of the derived deconvol
