Abstract
The analytical expressions of a number of physical characteristics are obtained for the firstβorder phase transition: the phase transition temperature as a function of concentration, polarization, dielectric permeability, and heat capacity. A theoretical estimate of the halfβwidth of dielectric permeability curve of solid solutions is made and good agreement with the experiment is found.
