Hyperfine interactions have been studied at a cooperative 'T2 = ' Al transition in the solid complex Fe(4,7-(CH&-pher&(NCS)z employing an external field Helt = 40 kG and temperatures between 4.2 and 163OK (phen = l,iO-phenanthroline). At cryogenic temperatures, the isolated 'Al ground state may be
