โฆ Synopsis
Ahatract--The thermal stress intensity factors and the local stress field are derived at the singular points of a partially bonded rigid fiber embedded in an infinite elastic matrix. The solution of the problem is obtained as a limit case of the corresponding elliptical inclusion problem. Analytical expressions for the local stresses and the thermal stress intensity factors for four possible cases are given.
