โฆ Synopsis
Vapour pressures of saturated aqueous solutions of ๏ค๏ฌ-malic acid, ๏ฌ( + )-tartaric acid, and citric acid were measured in the temperature range 288 K to 323 K, applying the isoteniscope technique. The water activities, osmotic coefficients, and molar enthalpies of vaporization and of solution at saturation were evaluated from the measured vapour pressures.
