โฆ Synopsis
Abstract
The validity of a 12โitem brief behavioral symptom rating scale for use in the cognitively impaired was studied using nurse clinician ratings for criterion validity and the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale and Behavioral Scale of the Psychogeriatric Dependency Rating Scale for convergent validity. The scale is designed to be filled out by care providers and to meet the needs for a brief scale focused on behavioral symptoms.
