Abstract
Aerosol OT (diโoctyl sodium sulphosuccinate) enhances the germicidal activity of various substances in the presence of a castor oil soap when B. typhosus is used as the test organism. The effect is not so marked when a sulphonated castor oil is used. The increase of germicidal power appears to be stable.
