## Abstract From the dried roots of __Euphorbia nematocypha__, eight new diterpenoids, with __ent__โ€atisane (__i.e.__, **1**โ€“**5**) and isopimarane (__i.e.__, **6**โ€“**8**) type skeletons, together with five known compounds, were isolated. The structures of these new compounds were elucidated by spe
