Renal 3',5'-AMP concentration has been measured in two groups of rats, one of which was hydrated, the other one was dehydrated by withdrawal of drinking-water for a period of 4--5 days. The first group was assumed to have low, the latter to have high vasopressin (ADH) plasma concentrations. The 3',
