Data is presented on the pretreatment and performance of an Electrodialysis Reversal pilot plant for desalination/concentration of liquid wastes from a full scale flue gas desulfurisation plant. The plant demonstrated stable operation at high calcium sulfate levels at 60 to 70 percent recovery. The
