An evaluation of the response of urinary tract symptoms to vaginal estrogen cream in the postmenopausal women was carried out in a retrospective manner. There were 43 patients who had genuine stress incontinence. Improvement in stress incontinence was noted in 9 patients (20.9%), and total remission
