'An analysis of the data from this study shows significant relationship among age, experience and EPPS needs. These findings support the conclusion that "Confornuty" among teachem is a function of age and experience. Of the seven sub-scores represented on the "Conformity" factor only Autonomy and Aggression were completely unrelated to both age and experience.
