Glucose oxidase from A. niger (EC 1.1.3.4) was physically entrapped between two dialysis membranes. The resultant enzyme-membrane sandwich reactors were employed in a standard Technicon dialyzer unit at 37Β°C and were found to perform efficiently in the automated analysis of aqueous glucose standards
