The change in electrical resistance on annealing cold-worked moly~enum has been studied. It is proposed that a point defect, produced by cold-work, anneals at 150°C with an energy of migration of l-26 & 0.04 eV but that other more complex processes anneal simultaneously. ## LA DISPARITION DES DEF
