โฆ Synopsis
The preparation and performance of reverse osmosis membrane of the chloromethylated/quaternized polysulfone were investigated . the membrane structures of cross section and skin were analyzed by scanning electromicrograph . The chemical structure of the polymers were confirmed by the infrazed spectrium analysis and element analysis . In further, the characteristics of quaternized polysulfone membrane, such as mechanical stren g th, resistance to chlorine and oxygen, long-term operation were tested . In the condition of low operation pressure 1 .5M?a, the membrane had 93% salt rejection and 0 .8m~n? Nd product rate for tap water .
