Abstract

H~2~ ^35^S was synthesised by the reaction of H~2~ with elementary [^35^S] sulphur at 600Β°C with 100 mg of pumice added as a catalyst. The resulting gas was purified by placing the preparation vessel in a pack of ice. A yield of 46% was produced.

## Abstract In order to prepare high purity lead iodide (PbI~2~) single crystals, the starting material‐iodine (I) has been purified by the sublimation method, and the PbI~2~ polycrystalline by the normal freezing method. The purification effect of these methods has been confirmed by evaluating the

## 5-[18F] Fluorouracil was prepared by direct fluorination of uracil in acetic acid using [18F]F2 diluted in neon. The labelled product was obtained with a purity of 299% following preparative HPLC. Quality control consisted of two different and improved HPLC procedures combined with high resolut
