β¦ Synopsis
In part i of this scricsl the polarography of aluminium was discussed in detail and an investigation of the method of WILLARD AND DEAN2
was described. This method is based upon the modification, by aluminium, of the reduction step due to solochrome violet R.S. A study of the interferences of other elements with this method slio~ttd that no intcrfcrcnce was caused by relatively high concentrations ot a number of elements including beryllium. It was therefore decided to use this as a basis for the * Brltlsh Crown Copyrlgllt rescrvcd. Publtvhcd with the permIssion of the Controller of her Britannic Majesty's Stationary Office.
