โฆ Synopsis
Cathodic photocurrents due to hydrogen evolution were observed at @2dTe films deposited cathodically ( -200 --400 mV 11s Ag/AgCl) from aqueous solution of pH = 1.4 containing 1 M CdSO, and 1 mM Te02 and it was demonstrated that the photocurrents were improved significantly by removing excess free Te metal and by increasing the crystalline size of Cdfe.
