✦ Synopsis

Let A denote the class of analytic functions f z defined in the unit disc satisfying the condition f 0 = f 0 -1 = 0. We introduce some new subclasses of strongly starlike functions defined by the Noor integral and study their properties.

The object of this paper is to evaluate an integral involving the product of three H functions. Since the H function is of the most general nature, this integral generalizes many known results. Results recently proved by GUPTA and JAIN [ 8 ] and MALOO [lo, p. 3641 are deduced. ## 1. Deflnitions and

Uncertainty has been treated in science for several decades. It always exists in real systems. Probability has been traditionally used in modeling uncertainty. Belief and plausibility functions based on the Dempster-Shafer theory ~DST! become another method of measuring uncertainty, as they have bee
