The molecular targets of botulinum neurotoxins (BoNTs) are SNARE (soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor-attachment protein-receptor) proteins necessary for neurotransmitter release. BoNT are powerful therapeutic agents in the treatment of numerous neurological disorders. The goals of this study
