The microwave spectra of the 803e and 789e isotopic species of 1,2,5-selenadiazole have been assigned and analyzed. The inertial defect shows the molecule to be planar compatable with Czv symmetry. The dipole moment is 1.11 f 0.03 D. 5.2 \* 0.3 MHz. 14N quadrupole coupling constants are ]w] < 1 MHz
