## Phosphorescence decay has been measured at liquid helium tcmpcrntures for 2,2'dipyridyl, l,lO-phennntllroline and their tris and bis compleses with rhodium(lI1). The decay for the free lignnds and bis complcscs is exponential with lifetimes shorter than those measured at 77Β°K. The decay for th
