โœฆ Synopsis

ESR experunents on the lummescent triplet state of trrclmic KzCT~O, are reported_ For the A site D = 24.300. E = 2 324 GHz. for the B ste D = 26815. E = 3.683 GHz. From the pnnapakxis tirectlon of the ZFS tensor It follows that the excrtatron is loulized on one half of the G20~-ron.

An analyns of spm-orbit coupling m this locaked state IS gnen that accounts for the decay characteristics of the sublevels.
