β¦ Synopsis
In this work an empirical model is shown relating electrical transport to process features in OLED with ITO anode in a high applied electrical field condition. The model allows controlling device electrical behaviour tuning chemical-physical ITO properties during the fabrication process. Proportionality relationships are found between the model coefficients and the total and disperse ITO surface energy. A proof of the proposed model is given applying it on other experimental data given in the literature obtaining an agreement with the model.
