✦ Synopsis
The thermal conductivity of the ferromagnetic amorphous alloy Fe80B20 was measured in the temperature range between 2K and 25K without and with an external magnetic field up to B=6T longitudinally to the heat flux. The thermal conductivity increases with magnetic field. This behaViour seems to be connected with a scattering of phonons at magnons and the scattering of phonons at magnetic moments, which are in ferromagnetic amorphous alloys incompletly aligned.
