## Abstract The aim of this study was to improve the biological properties of ^99m^Tc–TBI complex for myocardial perfusion imaging. The effect of Tween‐80 on the biodistribution in mice of ^99m^Tc–TBI was reported. The experimental results show that liver and blood uptakes of Tween‐80 added (TA) co
