โฆ Synopsis
We have recently dercribed (1) the isolation of the new gibberellin Al7 (I, R-C02H) from imrrclture seed of Pbaseolur multiflorua and from its close relatioanhip to Bamboo gibberellin (I, R-CRO) (2) we anticipated the co-occurrence of theme two gibberellins in P. multiflonaa and Phylloatachyr edulir (Bamboo). We now report the occurrence of Bamboo gibberellin in the reed of P. multiflorus.

In a previous paper(l) we described conditions for the gas-liquid chromatography (g.1.c. or g.c.) of gibberellin methyl esters and their trimethylsilyl (T.M.S.) ethers. Application of these g.1.c. methods to a crude acid extract, obtained from immature seed
Known and possible phenolic and primary and secondary amine metabolites of lidocaine were added to urine from drug-naive rats. These metabolites were derivatized in this aqueous medium by acetylation with acetic anhydride or by pentafluorobenzoylation with pentafluorobenzoyl chloride. The derivative
