## Abstract The adsorption and dissociation of NO have been studied on a Pt‐Rh(100)‐alloy single‐crystal surface by thermal‐desorption spectroscopy (TDS). It was found that, at low coverages, NO dissociates completely upon heating to form N~2~ and O~2~. At higher coverages, NO desorption was observ
