## Potassium hydrosidc is formed when vatcr is adsorbed at 80 K on 3 Ru(O0 1) surface precovered wirh potassium. The vibrational spectrum of KOH obtained whh EELS is characterized by an OH stretch at 3570-3670 cm-'; 1~ svx a~ 1340-l 500 cm-' and 200-800 cm-' are tentatively assigned to KOH bending
