โฆ Synopsis
The spectrum of tungsten was observed with a 6.65 normal incidence spectrograph in the wavelength range 2300-450 A using a sliding spark source. 99 lines could be classified on transitions between the thirteen levels of the lower 5d2 and 5d6s configurations and the sixteen levels of the higher 5d6p and 6s6p configurations. The ground level is 5dZ 'F,. The parameter values obtained with a least square fit and the scaling factors between these and the values obtained from Hartree-Fock calculations are compared with those in related spectra. ' In the intensity columb b indicates a blend, and p a partially resolved line. b Diff is the observed wavenumber minus the calculated one.
