## Abstract Although the Suicide Intent Scale (SIS) is a widely used instrument in research on suicidal behavior, comparative research on the latent structure of the SIS has been neglected. To determine whether a general factor model of the SIS is supported, alternative factor models of the SIS wer

Abstract
In this article, the authors study the factorial structure of the Italian translation of the Outcome Questionnaire 45 (OQβ45) in a sample of college students (n = 522) and psychiatric outpatients (n = 301). The relative goodness of fit of six competing models of the OQβ45 was examined using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Specifically, the study examined the relative fit of the most frequently presented models in the literature and three alternative models. Results of the CFA provided support for the four factor biβlevel solution, suggesting that the OQβ45 is a multidimensional instrument that contains one general factor and multiple unique subscale factors.βCopyright Β© 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

Covalent linkages such as disulfide bonds are important for the stabilization of proteins. In the present NMR study we compare the structure and the dynamics of the single disulfide-deficient variant C45A/C73A of the β£-amylase inhibitor tendamistat and the wild-type protein, which contains two disul
