โœฆ Synopsis

Subject classification: 79.75.รพg; S10 On the basis of classification of exoelectron emission (EE) mechanisms we have proposed some experimental criteria for distinguishing these mechanisms: Bulk-surface criteria and the photon and low-energy electron excitation criterion. To illustrate the application of these criteria we have measured the influence of the precipation procedure on thermostimulated EE (TSEE) of CaSO 4 : Mn and the dependence of the TSEE and photostimulated EE (PSEE) intensity of CaSO 4 and MgO on exciting electron and photon energy.

## BACKGROUND. Human cutaneous malignant melanoma currently is classified into four principle types: nodular, superficial spreading, lentigo maligna, and acral lentiginous. The criteria for the histopathologic diagnosis of these types are not applied consistently. Nevertheless, the classification h

The macropore-filling model is used to'evaluate the deactivation characteristics for macroporous catalyst systems. Three different types of fooling mechanisms are considered: (I) inactive fouling-fouling involving only physical deposition on the catalyst; (2) active fouling-fouling in which new acti

## Abstract The growth of SiC crystals or epilayers from the liquid phase has already been reported for many years. Even if the resulting material can be of very high structural quality and the possibility to close micropipes was demonstrated, handling the liquid phase still is a challenge. Moreove
