Abstract
The essential oils of Salvia brachyodon (samples A and B), collected from Montenegro, were analysed by GCβMS. Fiftyβfour constituents were identified. The oil was characterized by a high content of oxygenated monoterpenes. The major constituents were 1,8βcineole (23.0β17.2%), bornyl acetate (9.8β10.5%) and Ξ²βpinene (8.8β9.4%).
