Steady-state and transient galvanostatic studies have been made on the anodic dissolution of liquid gallium in pure and mixed solutions of hydrochloric acid and potassium chloride at 50°C. The results indicate that fast ion-transfer is followed by rate-determining electron-transfer (redox control),
