โœฆ Synopsis

Currently. many corporations in Mexico and the United States are experiencing dramatic growth directly related to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NmA). Because many corporate activities are being shifted across borders, some companies are inclined to relocate managers frequently. These policies could be unfavorably considered by employees, therefore jeopardizing their job satisfaction. The purpose of this article is to study the use of relocation as a method for improving management performance.
