## Abstract The zinc metallopeptidase, neprilysin (NEP), is an endothelin‐1 degrading enzyme whose expression is extensively downregulated in prostate cancer. The expression of NEP in neuronal cells is regulated by intramembrane proteolysis of the amyloid precursor protein (APP) through its intrace
