โœฆ Synopsis

Experiments were performed on the effect of the geometric size change of holes in a perforated plate on its heat transfer characteristics, and the total average heat transfer coefficients of the working surfaces are given for different hole length-to-diameter ratios. In the experiments two parameters were varied: the hole length-to-diameter ratio and the per-hole Reynolds number. The experimental results are sorted according to the relation Nu =f (Re). The range of Reynolds numbers is 100 < Re < 1000.

Two techniques are described in this paper to determine convective transfer on a multiperforated plate; the perforations diameter can be small or large (from 1 millimeter to 1 centimeter). This study reports on heat transfer due to the air flow before it goes through the perforations. These perforat

## Abstract We are interested in the study of a thin plate, periodicially perforated by cylindrical holes, the axes of which are perpendicular to the plane of the plate. A horizontal section of the plate specifies its geometry, and shows a periodicity in the order of ฯต. The thickness of the plate i
