## Abstract The crystal and molecular structure of bis(tribenzyl‐titanium(IV))‐μ‐oxo, [(PhCH~2~)~3~‐Ti]~2~O, has been determined from analysis of X‐ray photographic data. The crystal system is rhombohedral, __a__ = 9.58(2) Å, α = 83.6(2)°, space group __R__3, __Z__ = 1.
