The collective behavior of multiple adiabatic shear bands (ASBs) in the plate is investigated in commercial pure titanium through the explosive cladding technique. A new model is proposed to describe the trajectory of ASBs in the explosive cladding plate. The distribution of ASBs on the titanium sid
