Two polyclonal and two monoclonal antibodies raised against chrysanthemic acid (CAA) were prepared for ELISA of pyrethroid insecticides with the common CAA moiety. The monoclonal antibody KCA226 showed the highest reactivity towards allethrin among the antibodies in C-ELISA, although KCA226 was more
